Returns & Exchanges

At Robin's Jean Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original designer tags and security seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
